In traditional export models, quality control is often reduced to a final, rushed inspection before the container doors close. At Wenmark International, we eliminate this risk entirely.
Because we operate on a managed production model, our Quality Control (QC) engineers and supervisors are permanently stationed on the leased factory floors. We don't do random spot checks; we monitor the entire manufacturing lifecycle. By enforcing our strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from day one, we catch and correct variances long before the final product is assembled.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
Raw Material Validation
Before a single cut is made, we verify the inputs. We mandate strict Moisture Content (MC) levels for all solid woods (Mango, Acacia, Sheesham, Teak) using digital calibration to prevent future warping or cracking. Hardware, metal gauges, and fabric densities are checked against approved master samples.
In-Process Quality Control
During the "white wood" and carpentry phase, our engineers inspect structural integrity. We verify mortise-and-tenon joinery, check CNC routing tolerances, and ensure that the frame is perfectly leveled and sanded before it ever reaches the finishing booth.
Finishing & Aesthetic Consistency
Finishes dictate the final retail value. Our team oversees the application of stains, PU coatings, and sealants. We strictly monitor color consistency, finish adhesion, and ensure all materials used are low-VOC and compliant with international safety standards.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) & Packaging
The final gatekeeper. Every finished piece undergoes a rigorous visual and structural check. We supervise the packaging process, ensuring the use of export-grade corrugated materials, edge protectors, and moisture-absorbing desiccants so your products survive global transit perfectly intact.
