Our journey began in 1997 when our founder's father transitioned from a small village in Haryana with a singular vision: to dominate the architectural materials sector. Establishing a state-of-the-art plywood manufacturing unit in Rajasthan, we built Tirupati Plywood Industries from the ground up. By 2005, through relentless quality control and operational discipline, Tirupati emerged as the top plywood manufacturer in Rajasthan—a legacy of industrial dominance that remains unbroken today.

Mastering the Global Supply Chain

Manufacturing dominance was only the first pillar. Recognizing the massive potential in raw material distribution, we expanded our operations to Jaipur in 2006, launching a dedicated wholesale and trading arm. We rapidly scaled beyond domestic borders, securing international procurement lines to import specialized materials like flexi-plywood and premium Gurjan face veneer directly from Indonesia. This era transformed us from regional manufacturers into highly capable cross-border logistics and merchant trading operators.

High-Volume Global Export Execution

With an iron grip on the raw material supply chain, we moved aggressively up the value chain to prove our capacity on the global stage. Launching Agarwal Industries, we engineered a massive solid wood furniture manufacturing and export operation. Within a highly compressed timeline, we successfully manufactured and exported over 500 high-cube containers to the most demanding retail markets in the world, including the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We proved our ability to execute at massive scale, mastering international compliance, kiln-drying standards, and complex B2B export logistics.
